We are regulated by PTIB and have a quality standard we have to meet.
As a regulated academic institution we adhere to strict policies. We recommend that our students take the time to review these policies below. All students should be familiar with the institution policies at the time of registration.
Canadian Arts & Sciences Institute will review all applications fairly and equitably. Only students who meet all of the program admission criteria will be enrolled.
The institution’s admission representative will review all inquiries.
The Admission Representative will meet with the prospective student to discuss the program(s) of interest.
Once the student is interested in enrolling in a program, the admission representative will review the program requirements with the student.

A student file will be created for each prospective student.
Once the application has been reviewed a written notice with reason for the decision will be mailed to the applicant.
After the application has been approved, the Admission Representative prepares a Student Enrolment Contract.
The Senior Education Administrator meets with the prospective student to review Canadian Arts & Sciences Institute’ policies and procedures as well as his/her career and educational goals. Tuition payment arrangement will also be discussed.
Once the prospective student agrees with the terms discussed the contract must be signed. The student will be provided a copy of the of the signed contract, along with a copy of all student policies as follows:
